The main ballroom can accommodate approximately 1,600 guests in standing room configuration, providing an intimate concert experience. The venue features a mix of general admission floor space, box seating, and balcony sections depending on the show configuration.

The best sections for viewing are typically the box seating areas, which offer an elevated perspective of the stage, enhancing the overall concert experience. The general admission floor allows for close proximity to the performer but can become crowded quickly. For those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere, the balcony sections provide a broader view of the performance while still maintaining excellent acoustics.
